Muay Thai (The Art of Eight Limbs)
Muay Thai, also known as "Thai boxing" is a martial art original from Thailand. We start each session with a thorough warm-up to get your body and mind ready. Then, we dive into the basics of Muay Thai, covering everything from punches and kicks to knees, elbows, and clinching techniques. Everyone is welcome, regardless of your skill level! Our goal is to give you the tools you need to succeed in sparring or competitive fights.
But it's not just about technique here. We also believe in discipline and respect. Our instructors are here to guide you through your Muay Thai journey, teaching you important values like honor and perseverance along the way.
We're also offering special classes just for women, kids, and teens. These classes provide a supportive environment for everyone to learn and improve together.

Boxing
In boxing classes, the focus lies on mastering both offensive and defensive punching techniques. Sessions usually commence with 5 to 10 minutes of warm-up to get your body and mind ready. The core of the class revolves around mitt work, meticulously designed to refine students' technique, footwork, timing, and hand-eye coordination. Instructors prioritize instilling a solid foundation in boxing fundamentals, ensuring that learners can seamlessly transfer their skills to other combat sports like Muay Thai and mixed martial arts.

Strength & Conditioning
Strength and conditioning programs are structured workout plans that help you get fitter and stronger. They focus on improving strength, power, endurance, and overall performance. You can benefit from these programs, whether you want to get healthier or reach specific fitness goals. Students will participate in high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and boot camps, which are intense workouts done in groups. These sessions combine cardio, strength exercises, and agility drills, drawing inspiration from military training.
The goal of these programs is to improve movement, boost health, and reduce the risk of injuries. They are great for athletes and regular folks alike

Private Training
Private training provides personalized coaching designed to help you achieve your goals. With one-on-one attention, customized workouts or lessons, and flexible scheduling, you'll progress quickly and stay motivated. Your instructor is dedicated solely to your success, creating a supportive environment where you can feel comfortable and confident as you work towards your objectives.

Kids Program (Age 6-10)
Boost your child's confidence and discipline with our Kids Muay Thai programs. Led by experienced instructors, our classes include warm-ups, technique practice, live exercises, and fun games. We focus on making learning enjoyable while building skills and concentration. Your child will learn respect, self-defense, teamwork, and healthy habits. They will journey towards confidence and well-being.

Youth/Teen Programs (Age 11-17)
Elevate your teenager's confidence and discipline with our Youth Muay Thai/Boxing Programs. Guided by seasoned instructors, our classes are designed to be engaging and effective. Each session includes dynamic warm-ups, focused technique practice, live exercises.
